Suggest Remedy For Scar Left By Pimples

hi i am 25 yrs of age, a mother and have roblem with pimple marks...i do get pimples before periods,they go off but the marks remains...i hv tried Multani Mithi, nomarks, lacto calamine which used to work but no longer does...

i hv also started having Safi daily..

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have facial pimples which left scarring on face which is very common problem and hormonal changes , stress , oily skin and excessive exposure to sun are all possible causes for this. It is due to increased sensitivity of getting pigmented. I would suggest you to wash your face with face wash containing benzoyl peroxide then apply cream containing azelaic acid. Exfoliate your skin with non comedogenic exfoliant once a week to remove dead skin. If condition doesn't get better in a month then consult dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment . Doctor may prescribe retinoid ointment and antibiotic like clindamycin. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables also drink plenty of water. Apply vitamin E before going to bed to fine texture of skin.
