Suggest Remedy For Schizophrenia Without Side Effects

I ve been diagnosed with schizophrenia. Any time I take a med I either gain a ton of weight and/or sleep all day or I get really agitated and can t sit still. Is there any medication out there that won t do any of that? grrr. I ve tried Haldol, zypreza, abilify, Depakote, Prozac, Zoloft to no avail.

All psychotics except aripiprazole have some side effects. Better to try a drug that could control psychotic symptoms. To control weight, you can try diet control, exercise or some medication like topiramate. Better to consult your psychiatrist for further management. In case, you need further help, you can ask.
