Suggest Remedy For Scintillating Scotoma In My Vision

I am a healthy 39 year old male, free of any health conditions. For about the last year now I have been getting scintillating scotoms in my vision every 2 or 3 weeks. Lasts about an hour, C shape..etc. I usually take some aspirin but rarely have any pain associated with it. I usually get them from computer monitors or sometimes bright flashes of light. Is there any good preventive for these?
