Hi there,,, welcome to HCM -You are having 'folliculitis', which is an infection of hair follicle and surrounding soft tissue... -Maintain a good hygiene of your scalp and do not squeeze as this will spread the infection further... -You have to take an antibiotic course like Tab Augmentin 625mg(only if not alergic to the salt) three time a day for 5 days to combat this infection... -Over the lesions apply topical mupirocin cream twice a day... -If having associated pain than take analgesic like declofenac with meals... twice a day... - Hope this will help
