Hi there,,, welcome to HCM
-You are having 'folliculitis', which is an infection of hair follicle and surrounding soft tissue...
-Maintain a good hygiene of your scalp and do not squeeze as this will
spread the infection further...
-You have to take an antibiotic course like Tab Augmentin 625mg(only if not alergic to the salt) three time a day for 5 days to combat this infection...
-Over the lesions apply topical mupirocin cream twice a day...
-If having associated pain than take analgesic like declofenac with meals...
twice a day...
- Hope this will help
