Suggest Remedy For Seizures

My son is 21 years.healthy.suffered gtc seizure 4 months back.no history of seizure.had a black out twice at age 10.He is on keppra 250 mg twice daily from 21st dec.2010.he did not have any seizure in last 4 months.he is plng to study abroad from aug 2011.his nurologist may reduce dose of keppra slowly from june 2011.Are there chances of seizures after thetreatment?Can he study further abroad freely or without any treatment?Should he continue anti epilepsy treatment even after aug.2011?
