Suggest Remedy For Sensitive Nose

for a month now, my nose is sensitive to touch when youpush nostrils together, is crusted way down deep inside, and I know it sounds gross, but its aggravating and if I try to pick, I can feel big hard clots, move over to other nostril. I don't due drugs, never snorted anything, but this is new and sometimes when I finally get it clear, it sounds like I whistle from my nose

Hello, thanks for your query.

Hard crusts, causing pain could be duse to some form of atrophic rhinitis secondary to infection.

saline nasal drops help in removal. In case of persistence, you need to see an ent surgeon for evaluation by blood tests to know the exact cause of your condition.
