Suggest Remedy For Sever Panic Attack

My son has just been sent home from the ER. He is 38 y.o. Dx: Severe panic attack. He had been taking Paxil but has been off of medication for 5 months. He stated ER doctor had said two EKGs were WNL. However, there was a down flexion ??. I am not sure of the terminology or if my son had stated it correctly. What could that be? Wants my son to have an echo and stress test.

The term that is being given here is not very much clear and not proper there could be some mistake in getting it, neither you have stated the chief complaint for that EKG was done, if this is within normal limit then this is may not be complete normal still there could some doubt or query and for that he has been advised for stress test and ECHO, after this test exact clinical picture would be cleared, till then take care, your further question will be appreciated.
