Suggest Remedy For Severe Acidity Causing Pain In Back And Spine

I have acidity from three days first day tried to drink water and some cool drink to suppress the gas, second day it became severe with joints pain above chest and tried drinking water at regular intervals and taken food timely. One more thing is due to this i am suffering from back pain at middle near spinal and its paining if i laugh or move quickly, and yesterday i have taken pantosec D from paharmacy and had two yesterday night. but today there is no effect same as ususal. Please can you suggest me with anything more to get rid of this problem, importantly I have to an exam ahead.

bland diet and avoid alcohol smoking hot tea and coffee. can take polycrol gel and omiprazol. if does not improve then consult gastroenterologist and go for endoscopy. it can be h pylori infection leading to dudenitis. can be having o esophageal reflux. after diagnosis treatment ca be suitability given.
