Suggest Remedy For Severe Back Pain In A Diabetic Person

I am from Srilanka, I lived in Denmark 26 years 178 cm hight, weight 89kg. I have diabetik 9 years, I used insulin 34, and metfomin. suger measurement 7.4 I have pain in back 2 years, I have discopolaps on back, I could not bear too pain. how to solve this?

For severe back pain you can take some pain killer like zerodol-sp or akilos-p only when the pain is worse enough or disturbing your daily routine along with some calcium supplements like shalcal-d or toscal-gem once daily. Take some multivitamin like supradyn or metilda-af once daily. Do some physiotherapy exercises after an expert opinion of physiotherapist. I will also advice you to sleep on a plain surface.
