I would like to know what are the names of the over the counter drugs you have used but anyway i would recommend you this combination which I use in similar patients with you! -Clarithromycin twice daily as advised by your pharmacist -Prednisone for 3-4 days and no more, to remove the inflammation of your sinuses -Bromhexine or other similar drugs to help with the removing of excessive mucus. -Nasal decongestant drops 3 times daily. Meanwhile you have to keep a well hydrated diet with to much liquids every day. Fruits and vegetables enriched with vitamins and minerals would help you to recover quicker.
