Suggest Remedy For Severe Chest Pains

I have had HORRIBLE chest pains but more so near my left breast it takes my breath away and is very painful when i move a certain way or even talk a certain way. Im also 6wks pregnant. I was sent to get an EKG done today the lady said it came back normal but the doctor still had to go over the readings so does that mean there still could be something wrong
