Hi, I have a really bad head cold, really hard coughing and sneezing at times, I do cough up thick white sputum... My face is really sore from the sinuses, I have a rough voice. My throat can get sore from the hard coughing, but my gums are very sensitive.... My ribs are sore from the hard coughing. There are times I get shooting pain mainly in my right ear, I feel weak.... At times I think I am starting to get over it but it gets bad again in no time. Today I started chilling and checked my temp and it was 100.5, I took two Tylenol about 30 mins ago. My question is can I get this taken care of on here? And do you call in perscriptions
Take tab Augmentin for 10 days and tab Tylenol or instead of it, take Sudafed for cold and cough. Blood tests should be done CBC, ESR, sputum or throat culture and sensitivity is important, with IGE levels. Take tab Levocetirizine for 5 days.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
