Suggest Remedy For Severe Cough, Painful Throat And Flu

hello

i have a terrible cough and my throat hurts so much when i cough now also my head ears every bit of me and i have a bad flu and cold it has been going on for days now and the pain gets worse everyday i have taken a lot of paracetamol and burden to relive it but still getting worse i am finally resorting to antibiotic . no fever yet but its getting there as the pain and inflammation are awful.

pls advice i have curam 1 g

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you have an upper respiratory tract infection which is superseded with bacterial infection..
You should take a course of antibiotics but Curam 1 gm that contains amoxicillin and clavulanic acid is a very high dose and you can take half a tablet thrice a day..
You should continue taking tylenol, take Iuprofen, do warm saline gargles, steam inhalations and use a humidifier in your room..
Suck throat lozenges..
Take decongestants oral as well as nasal.
Avoid spicy and chilled foods..
Chew Vitamin C pellets..
