Suggest Remedy For Severe Hair Fall, Greying Hair And Itchy And Painful Scalp

I ma suffering from hair fall problem. My hairline is receding an dlso there is thining and greying of hair.My scalp is itchy and i call feel pain in tye areas where hair is very less.In the middle of my head i can see a patch forming or u can say hair thining. I am using 10% minoxidal once in a naight from ladst 3 months. Using mediacted shampoo na d also taking vitamins, I have no medical history of thyroid or diabetes or nay hormonal imbalance. But i am obese and a new mother. My child is now 1.5 year old. But my hair fal problem is persisting prior to my pregnancy and delivery made it more worse.I have laready taken dr batras medication and also visited mnay deramtologist and trichologist but none of this is helping. Please advise
