Suggest Remedy For Severe Hair Loss

I am 21 years old girl. From past 5 years i am having hair fall. I have consulted a doctor. He has given minokem 5% solution and two tablets i.e follihair and CoBaDex. Its 1 month still hair fall is same. Plus whenever i itch my head.. something like drandruff comes in my nails. Whenever hair comes out it comes with a small ball. I tried using anti drandruff shampoo but that worsen the situation. What should i do.?

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have severe hair loss and you are suffering from dandruff as well which is due to improper hygiene, genetic factor , fungal infection, nutritional deficiencies and hormonal changes. Need not to worry. You should take Indian gooseberry powder with water once a day and use olive oil for massage. Apply finasteride preparations on scalp. I would suggest you to consult dermatologist for proper examination. Doctor may order skin patch test , blood test and physical examination. Doctor may prescribe you drug like finpecia at least for 3-4 months or antifungal treatment along with minoxidil spray . Take diet rich in multivitamins.
