Suggest Remedy For Severe Hairfall

hello i really need your help my problem is excessive hairfall since 5 months i had expeienced this 2years before due to which i got into severe depression and had to takn anti depressants after one year my hairs went to normal but now again i am experincing hairfall falling out like crazy i have used best medications but n result my hairs are getting thin rough brittle and dull i am in severe depression due to this=[ i am 18 years old! weight 54 height 5'3
