Suggest Remedy For Severe Headache After Taking Steroid Injection

Had a steroid injection into my knee yesterday, and developed a bad headache over the evening, which is still bad today. Have had steroids before (into feet , and epidurals after a back injury), and never had this occur. How unusual is this, and how soon should it subside?
