Suggest Remedy For Severe Headache In A Child While Being On Adderall

Hi my son is 7yrs old and is on 7.5 Adderall, but he only takes it on school days. We lost our insurance the end of Sep, so I took him the 2 days before it ended and they put him on this. He was on Daytrama, but it started to eat the skin off his butt and that s why we swithched. Any way he also plays football and has the past 3yrs, well the last two game he hasn t been doing very good in the game and he is always one of the star players. So yesterday he had a game at 12:30pm and I gave him a pill to see if it made a difference. He cried almost the whole game. Since he has been on this I give it to him at 7:20am and around 5, 6:00pm he starts crying off and on until bed time. Well yesterday he started complaining of headaches around 3pm and I thought it would go away. He can t swallow any pills, he chews all pills don t matter if it s chewable or not. Well I gave him baby asprin at 3:15. Then we went over to some friends of our and he still said it hurt bad and that was 10pm. He had his bestfriend there and for him to cry and not want to play very much, I knew that he must really be hurting. Any ways he laid down for a little bit and at 1am he starts crying. Well all they had was childrens Nyqul so we gave him a teaspoon of that. He fell back asleep and at 3am he screams bloody murder. We leave and drive home which is 10min away and he cried and screamed the whole time. I know that wasn t helping his head any. Well we got home I put an ice pack on his head. He still keeps crying. He sleeps for about 10min and then up again. What can I do for him? Remember no insurance and my husband just lost his job that why the ins. is gone, so we are broke. I sure hope you have an idea of what I can do for him.
