Suggest Remedy For Severe Itching,redness And Bumps In Vagina

I have a very bad itching in my vagina,i have this problem for almost a year now,the more i icth the more it worsens,my gynec prescribed my phytoral ointment and phytoral wash,emeset and metrogyl,will this problem subside,am worried noe becoz for atmost a year i did not take any care in curing it,now my vaginal skin has turned dark and red with bumps n itching
