Hi,

Such type of pain after knee replacement may result from loosening of the implant, infection, kneecap problems, alignment problems, bursitis, pinched nerves, complex regional pain syndrome etc. Laser therapy may a option for treatment but it is most important to find out the exact cause for persistent pain. Hence, you should undergo some investigations like CBC with EAR, CRP, X-ray of knee joint, CT Scan or MRI of knee joint, joint aspiration for synovial fluid analysis to detect the underlying etiology for your persistent pain and then treat them accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
