Suggest Remedy For Severe Menstrual Cramp

I nearly fainted today from menstrual cramps, which just started today. For awhile, everything turned black and I couldn't see and could hardly walk. I had a very very bad cramp that lasted awhile. Also it felt really hot even though actually temperature was cool and rainy. I'm 16 and I never had cramps to the point of almost fainting but I had really bad ones before (once it made me puke). About 10 minutes before I started feeling faint, I took 2 advils. The nurse said I was really pale and a little bit greenish.
