Suggest Remedy For Severe Neck,back & Leg Pain With Difficulty In Walking

Hello. I have severe Neck, Back, bum and legs ache on the back side of my body. I have had it in the past as a result of sleeping funny. But this has now lasted 5 days and I find it difficult to walk, pick things up, bend over etc, I am a 28 year old male.
