Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain All Over The Body

I am a 26 y/o female experiencing pain all over my body. I have taken lortab 5 with no relife at all. I have had three brain surgeries but last time I went to an ER for these symptoms the physican was cruel to me, and my fiance is begging me to go back because the pain is so bad. I am not sure what to do. I have had a chiari malformation decompressed, 2 dural patches, re occuring hydrocepalus, and meningitis. While the symptopms I have are new, that is my med history. The pain is just unbearable I have been in tears for the last 4 hours and have not slept in days.
