Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain And Swelling In Joints

my wife is feeling shouted pain in the joints with swelling even she cant walk. now she is also feeling pain in the nurbs .Since last 15 days she feels temp alternate. Treatment of ortho Doctor in Safdarjung Hospital is going on since last 6 months but problem is increasing.Pl help me
