Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain Due To Inguinal Hernia

I have an inguinal hernia and pain has now got worse in the last week since i lifted some heavy shopping and felt stretch now i struggle with it even sitting down in a comfortable position and i have started to feel pins and needles down my leg and around the hernia area?

Hi,
It seems that there might be having strangulation of inguinal hernia producing severe pain even in comfortable position.
Consult surgeon as soon as possible and get examined.
