Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain Due To Pulled Hamstring

I think i pulled my hamstring from doing the splits. I heard 3 loud cracks. Now, I have been in pain for a couple of day. I can sit straight and evenly. Now i dread going to the restroom, and i can't drive. Also, I can't straighten the leg that i hurt. My leg spasms all the time and and my knee gives out a lot.
