Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain Due To Recurring Mastalgia

Hi sir.. I m 26yrs old.. I have the complaint of cyclic mastalgia.., a very severe pain.. before some month this mastalgia occurs 5 days or a week before my menstruation,, but since 2 to 3 month I have started on with this mastalgia 15 days earlier.and I consult a gynaecologist,, she advice to take evion tab 400 once daily. But even then I have severe pain

Hi, Besides Evion, you can take Evening primrose oil which contains GLA, that also reduces mastalgia. And also restrict salt a week before your periods. Regards
