Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Chest After Being Hit

My friend and I were slapboxing and he hit me in my chest really hard and I went down to the ground on my knees it hurt that bad. Then he hit me there a second time. Now it hurts badly whenever I laugh, cough or breathe reaaly deeply. What should I do? And what is the problem? The pain is like right in the center of my chest. I had the hiccups just now and It hurt really badly when I hiccupped.

I have gone through your query and being your physician I completely understand your health concerns.
Do you have any breathing difficulty? In my opinion you should use painkillers like acetaminophen or ibuprofen. it will help you relieve symptoms..
If problem persists then meet your physician , there is need to get chest x ray in that case.
Meanwhile stay calm and use acetaminophen to relieve pain
