Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Knee With Bump On Kneecap Post A Hit

I have EDS (hypermobility syndrome type). I hit my knee with a table not too hard but in less than 10 minutes I couldn t walk, stand or even have the leg hanging even lying down can t take this pain. This happened about two hours ago an now I can see a bump on top of the knee cap. What kind I do to feel better? Do I need to see a Dr?

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, knee joint is very fragile one and easily get injured and meniscus is structure that disturbs first (Fractured ) so it is better to get done the MRI test it should never be taken as granted, hope this information helps.
