Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Lower Back To Inner Knee

hello. I started having pain in my right side when i was 16. Got an ultra sound said it was my eggs releasing that i was super sensitive to it. pain was like stabbing and would make me drop to my knees. last about 5 minutes and be gone like nothing happened. I also have crazy indigestion where drinking 1/2 bottle of ant acid a day or puking was a ritual. crazy lower back pain and leg pain always with my period.



about 5 weeks ago I get the stabbing pain along with a level 15 out of 10 pain in my lower back shooting to my right inner knee. now 5 weeks later still have the pain at 4 out of 10. hasn't gone away. But it does feel better when i am standing or walking.
