all investigation has been done. result of MRI lumbosacral vertebra is to be observed. pathology can be in rectum or colon. proctoscopy and sigmoidoscopy may be done.give history regarding pain and bleeding in anus. if so then take sitz bath erection and testicular pain are not related to pelvic pain. can consult surgeon for local examination. have you done semen analysis. can consult endocrinologist for examination and advise on some investigation.
