Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In The Stomach

i have uncomfortable pain in my stomach like someone kicked me and it feels really sore. i also feel the pain in my sides and lower back. i haven t had my period in 2 months and i get nauseous, am hungry all the time, sleepy a lot. thought i was pregnant and took an e.p.t test last week and got negative results. thought i may have a tape worm but i really don t know what this is. please help

You should get a urinalysis and USG abdomen done and till that take tab Spasmonil.
