Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Wrist And Arm Post An Angiogram

I had an angiogram through the wrist on Wednesday. I had severe pain in my wrist afterwards and I am continuing to have pain in my lower right arm along the artery. Should I be concerned? I am now on heart meds and not sure if im able to take panadol or nurofen.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
For post coronary angiography severe pain along the artery treatment is Tab peracetamol 500mg three times a day and diclofenac cream locally. The pain is due to introduction of catheter nothing to worry.
