Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Wrist, Head, Back And Tailbone After A Fall

I just slipped on the ice. I landed on my backside hitting my head and tailbone. I am mobile, back of my head hurts and my tailbone, buttocks hurt with pains shooting down the back of my thighs. I also think I may have tried to break mu fall because my right wrist hurts and I split a knuckle open on my index finger. Is there anything that I should be concerned about as I am a 60 year old female, over the road driver? Thank you

I appreciate your concern, Any fall at this age may cause fracture. So, if you are unable to walk and bear weight then go to a doctor for X-ray. If not I would like to suggest you to take anti-inflammatory and pain killer drugs for now. All the best.
