Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain When Suffering From Fibromyalgia And Osteoarthritis

Thank you, i have fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis. For several days i have had severe pain overall from neck to toes with jerking and shaking. i have dr's appointment on may 18. what can i do in the meantime aside of taking my tramadol 50mg 2 tablets x 4 times a day.

I have gone through your case and I can understand your concern. There are a lot of treatment options for fibromylagia and ostheoarthritis, but I have a positive feedback by my patient when I have prescribed for fibromyalgia Lyrica 75 mg twice a day and Amitriptyline 10 to 50 mg at bedtime for sleep. For both osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia Naproxen 250mg twice a day will help you. Regular exercise is recommended. Exercise at least 30 minutes for three to five times a week if possible. Even 5 minutes is better than no exercise. Establish a regular sleep time. Adequate and sound sleeping may decrease symptoms. For symptoms of discomfort, you may try applying heat to the areas of pain, such as hot showers, heating pad, and whirlpools.
