Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain,tingling,burning Sensation And Numbness In Foot

Hello, I am a 38 yr old woman and I am overwieght. For the past 8 months, I have had cold, tingly, burning sensations in both of my feet, and sometimes they eventually go numb. I have beent tested for diabetes and I am borderline but not at risk for diabetic foot or anything. i do have a pinched nerve in my back, but I have had that for years and these symptoms have just recently popped up. The pain gets so bad in my feet that I am barely able to stand and or walk. Please help.
