good afternoon sir, i have perment spitng of phelgm,sore throat,nasal congesion,and frequent cough i have used many kind of antibiotic but during the treatment i feel better then after ttwo days this problem will start again.so please give me a permenant remedy.Thanking you..My age 29, height, 170cm, weight 70kg

Hello,

It may be due to upper respiratory tract infection.

For that you may require complete hemogram, throat swab, chest x ray after ENT consultation.

You may require antibiotics after ENT consultation.

Keep your self hydrated.

Continue saline or betadine gargles twice a day.
