Suggest Remedy For Severe Stomach Cramps

Hi , i hve been hving really bad & random cramps in my stomach area kind rite below the ribs . Like stabbing pains so unbearable & the dnt seem 2 stop untill i eat alot of food but how can i possibly b tht hungry do suddenly ? The hurt so bad & happem so frequent i thought i mite hve a tape worm . Help
