Hi.
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns...

As per your complain your fiance is having deeply infected multiple teeth and the infection has reached the Pulp [the central portion of the tooth which contains nerves and blood vessels] and irritation of the nerves causes severe pain..
There is also a possibility that the infection has progressed below the root tips of the infected teeth leading to pus formation and leading to formation of DENTAL ABSCESS/PERIAPICAL ABSCESS and due to pus formation also there can be bad smell from the teeth and mouth..
Headache occurs as a radiating pain from the teeth while fever occurs when due to infection the bacteria enters the blood and there is a rise in temperature which is a body's defence mechanism to fight with infection..
You should immediately consult a Dentist and get evaluated and get IOPAR [X RAYS] of all the offending teeth and get a proper diagnosis done..
In case the teeth that can be saved ROOT CANAL TREATMENT followed by antibiotics like AUGMENTIN and painkillers like IBUPROFEN [Advil or Motrin] will relieve.
In case of teeth that are damaged to the extent that they cannot be saved extraction can be done followed by antibiotics and painkillers..
As of now you can take painkiller like ULTRAM [TRAMADOL] 50 mg thrice a day as it controls severe pain..
But consulting a dentist and getting proper treatment is a must for permanent relief..

Hope this information helps..
