Suggest Remedy For Shakes And Twitches In The Hand

I have pins and needles in left hand for 3 weeks. Now the hand has started to shake and twitch. I have no history of injury to the hand. I have no medical condition like diabetes. I have blood pressure. I am concerned about the hand. Please advise how to stop the hand shaking
