Suggest Remedy For Sharp Chest Pain

I keep having a sharp needle like pain in my heart and was wondering if it s serious or what it is( it feels like I m getting a shot around my heart it s usually to the left or right something s above or below) but it feels like 1 needle is stabbing me for about 5-10 seconds then goes away sometimes doesn t come back for 2-3 days never more than once at a time

Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion you should definitely get done
1. ECG
2. 2D Echo.
To rule out cardiac cause.
As sharp chest pain can be due to anginal pain. So better to rule out this first.
If both are normal than no need to worry much.
You mostly have anxiety related problems only.
So avoid stress and tension.
Be relax and calm.
Rule out cardiac cause first.
