Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,

The symptoms could be indicating a possible internal brain injury considering that even after a month, the headache is getting worse. Getting a CT scan of the head is a good idea. The other strong possibility is post traumatic stress disorder that could be responsible for your symptoms. Please calm down, avoid stress and prolonged screen time as much as possible.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Abhishek Juneja, Neurologist
