Suggest Remedy For Sharp Pain In The Navel Area

Hello, randomly i get a sharp pain from the belly button down my stomach to the pelvis. Im a 21 year old male, but this has been happening randomly for years. Its when i m sitting and then fully extend my torso. It hurts to stand up straight, and feels like my stomach is just gonna rip if i try to extend anymore. I m not too concerned about it, but curiosity has me wondering what could be causing this

hello,
thank you for your query.
there are different cause of such pain like
neuropathic
muscular inflammation
trauma
etc.
you can start taking NSAID+thiocolchicoside combination.
also i shall advise you to consult a physical medicine specialist.
exercize and physical therapy like usg,deep heat therapy may help in releaf..
