Suggest Remedy For Sharp Pain In The Ribs

Right around the lower part of my ribs, I have a slightly sharp pain. I dont think it's a bowel obstruction (Because i just had a bowel movement last night) and it just started today. It only hurts if I move to a certain position but if i move to another position, it's perfectly fine. What do you think
