Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having a sharp painful lump behind the ear. This can be because of inflammatory swelling of the lymph node behind the ear. This is usually because of infection in the drainage area of the lymphnode. This requires treatment of the infection or inflammation in the drainage area.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Hope this is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
