Suggest Remedy For Shivering ,abdomen Pain In Diabetic Females

hello, it's currently almost 3am where i live (california) and i'm worried because my mother, 48 yrs. old, and a diabetic, just woke me up a little bit ago, and she was shaking because shes freezing, and has a really bad lower abdomen pain... then she vomited, and she cant go #2 in the bathroom.....

I have read the history, albeit small and understood the problem.
This looks to be gastroenteritis with septicemia.
Septicemia gives rise to chills. IF the infection if of a specific gram negative variety , there may not be any any fever and that is why this becomes misleading.
I would advise you to take your Mother to the nearby hospital / ER and get investigated and treated on an urgent basis.
She needs intravenous antibiotics and fluids to correct the dehydration and electrolyte imbalance.
Additions test may be required for ruling out diabetes.
