Suggest Remedy For Shooting Pains In Legs Due To Small Fibre Neuropathy

I have been getting a range of symptoms in both feet, which have been identified as being nerve related, got a diagnosis of small fibre neuropathy. They change from sharp shooting pains, numbness, burning pain, itching, heaviness, pins & needles. I also have a herniated disc at L3,4 & 4,5., diagnosis of degenerative disc disease.
The symptoms get worse with walking or any exercise, major problem now is the severe pain on climbing stairs or walking any incline, or to get up from stooping. The pain is so bad I have to stop after every 2-4 steps, I feel severely fatigued, but back on a level after a short rest for pain to stop, I can return to walking as normal.
