Suggest Remedy For Shortness Of Breath, Sleeping Problems And Fatigue

I get short of breathe just walking or carrying things around or even just getting into my car. Can you help.

I also have not been sleeping very well lately as I wake out of breath and need to sit up. Then I am not to keen to ly down again cause of this.

I can understand your concern.
You are having orthopnea (breathing difficulty in lying down during sleep).
You are also having breathlessness on minimal exertion.
So possibility of congestive heart failure (CHF) is more in your case.
So consult cardiologist and get done blood pressure monitoring, ecg, 2d echo and stress test (trade mill test).
You are may need diuretics and other cardiac supportive drugs based on reports.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
