Suggest Remedy For Shortness Of Breath

I am 21 I am 5 ft 1 tall and weigh 12 stone. have had shortness of breath for 2 months now it can get very bad. My Dr thougur it was asthma but no asthma medication is helping she now thinks it could be my heart as I had a heart murmur as s child and in my last two pregnancies sociologists have said I have pulmonary stenosis. I am only 21 but I get out of breath by walking a metre or 2 and use my prevent inhaler twice daily and my relieved at least ,,4 times a day but it rodent really help. Also I have carpel tunnel in my left hand

In my opinion you should consult cardiologist and get done 2D Echo. This will clearly identify your valvular problems and it can also quantify the stenosis if it is there. And yes pulmonary stenosis can cause such symptoms. If critical stenosis is diagnosed you may need surgery. But for all this you need to first consult cardiologist.
