Suggest Remedy For Shoulder And Neck Pain After Accident

Hi I had a rollover accident last Sat. My Dr. is on vacation and I don't want to waste the Emergency staff's time. I was ok the night of, the next night couldn't sleep due to reliving the accident. It is now 7days later and I have shoulder and neck pain that seems to be getting worse instead of better. Also I have had stomach pains almost like period cramps and increased urination. I was belted in. Should I push to see a Dr sooner or wait the 3 weeks that its going to take to see my doctor?
